EBS is performing all LEED EBOM services for the propety located at 500 Howard St in San Francisco California. As the LEED consultant hired for the project we are responsible for ensuring certification under the LEED EBOM v2009 at the Gold level or higher.

Additionally, we are performing all ASHRAE 62.1 ventilation calculations and have conducted an ASHRAE Level 1 Audit.
