EBS was contracted to help this LEED Gold Historic Rehabilitation project with civil engineering calculations as part of its compliance efforts for Sustainable Sites Credit 6.1 and 6.2. Our LEED EDGE software was utilized to calculate the exact runoff percentages through breaking the site into 72 unique sections. Our team’s diligence allowed the team to set the definitive LEED site area making Sustainable Sites Credits’ 5.1, 5.2 and 6.2 attainable as well.
