BAE Systems contacted EBS to provide LEED Champion services for their Commercial Interiors build out in Santa Clara. The project consists of a 10,000 sq ft tenant improvement project where EBS conducted the Design Charrette, provided LEED Project Management, and the subsequent successful implementation of our recently developed LEED EDGE tool.
