Bay Area Chinese Bible Church’s new Ministry Center is on track to receive a LEED Silver certification.
EBS is providing valuable energy use and utility cost data to help this non-profit make well informed
decisions when choosing between possible energy efficiency measures. Daylight harvesting, reduced
lighting power densities, and high efficiency HVAC package units have all been successfully modeled for
consideration. In addition, EBS is providing enhanced commissioning services for the new center which
will ensure the Bay Area Chinese Bible Church receives the building energy systems they pay for and the
utility bill they expect.
