In February 2010, Boston Properties engaged the services of Environmental Building Strategies to assist their team with the LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance Certification of Embarcadero Center 4 in San Francisco.
Well known for it’s mixed uses and Christmas lighting, this 1 Million SQ FT iconic structure pierces San Francisco’s downtown skyline. Boston Properties holds and maintains this building which is now both LEED EBOM v2009 Gold Certified as well as ENERGY STAR Certified.
