29th Avenue Apartments is an affordable housing project for adults with developmental disabilities. Located in the Richmond district of San Francisco, this Multi-Family GreenPoint/Green Communities/LEED Project will exemplify the triple bottom line theory by encompassing, most importantly, environmental and social values. Environmental Building Strategies is working with NIBBI Brothers General Contractors and Herman Coliver Locus Architects throughout the design and construction phases of this project as a GreenPoint Advisor, GreenPoint Rater, and LEED Green Rater. The project is a 3 story, 19 unit complex in the Richmond district of San Francisco and is targeting LEED Gold.
