Located at 2235 Third St Martin Building Company is undertaking a preservation and renovation of two former warehouse buildings totaling ~230,000 SQ FT. This 196 unit project is projecting LEED for Homes Gold certification in addition to its participation in the California Multifamily New Homes Program, the Go Solar SF Program, and the New Solar Homes Program.
