Slated to be Livermore California’s largest LEED certified project, Paragon Outlets will feature innovative design aspects that include a 100% recycled water irrigation system, renewable energy for all 134 commercial tenants, tree-shaded parking spaces and an onsite wine vineyard.

Paragon Outlet’s eight buildings are sited close to one another effectively enhancing the pedestrian experience, limiting heat gain and preserving a large portion of the site from development. Shaded and walkable outdoor “streets” will offer a welcome experience for guests. Grand Opening is expected in the fall of 2012, with LEED certification in 2013.
