Environmental Building Strategies is working with the UA Local 38 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union on their new training facility in South San Francisco. As both the LEED consultants and the Commissioning Agent, we have found efficiency in both the Cx quality control measures as well as the LEED Documentation. We’re excited as this facility serves an educational function by helping graduates gain the skills and knowledge they need to count themselves among the very best plumbers, steam fitters, refrigeration and air-conditioning mechanics in the world.
