EBS was contracted to provide LEED EBOM Project Management and an ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit for this 185,000 SQ FT
low rise office tower. The Stryker Endoscopy Division Office serves multiple functions consisting of approxmately
50% office space, 20% manufacturing, 20% research facilities, and 10% warehouse. Stryker’s primary interest for this
project was in the area of tenant operational efficiency improvements. To address these concerns EBS provided a
suite of services appropriate to this project with an initial focus on sustainable policies and procedures and
operation of energy and water systems.
